Return Policy

Retraction principle

The CUSTOMER has in principle the right to return or take back the PRODUCT to the SELLER or to a person designated by the Seller, without unjustified delay, and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the communication of his decision to withdraw, unless the Seller proposes to take back the PRODUCT himself.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) calendar days after the day on which the CLIENT, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the CLIENT, takes physical possession of the PRODUCT.

In the event that the CLIENT has ordered several PRODUCTS through a single order resulting in several DELIVERIES (or in the case of an order for a single PRODUCT delivered in several batches), the withdrawal period shall expire fourteen (14) calendar days after the day on which the CLIENT, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the CLIENT, takes physical possession of the last PRODUCT delivered.

Notification of the right of withdrawal

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER must notify his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement to : contact@healthfit-oficial.com


In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, the CUSTOMER must send its communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of a withdrawal by the CUSTOMER, the SELLER undertakes to reimburse all sums paid, including delivery costs, without any unjustified delay and in any case within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the day on which the SELLER is informed of the CUSTOMER's wish to withdraw.

The SELLER shall proceed with the return using the same means of payment that the CLIENT used for the initial transaction, unless the CLIENT expressly agrees to a different means, in any case, this return shall not entail any cost for the CLIENT.

The SELLER may postpone the refund until the goods are received or until the CUSTOMER has provided proof of dispatch of the goods, whichever occurs first.

Methods of return

The CUSTOMER must return the goods without delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days after the communication of its decision to terminate this contract


This period is considered respected if the CUSTOMER returns the goods before the expiration of the fourteen (14) day period.

Costs of return

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the CUSTOMER.

Condition of returned goods

The PRODUCT must be returned in accordance with the VENDOR's instructions and include all the accessories delivered.

The CUSTOMER shall only be responsible for the depreciation of the good resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the PRODUCT. In other words, the CLIENT has the possibility of testing the PRODUCT, but may be held responsible if he carries out other manipulations than those necessary.
